1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Starscope ("Service"), operated by NIO Labs (KVK 69855773), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Starscope is a review intelligence platform that aggregates and analyses publicly available customer reviews from third-party platforms. The Service provides sentiment analysis, topic clustering, competitive benchmarking, and related insights.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping beyond API rate limits, using the Service to harass or defame, or violating any applicable law.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Starscope processes publicly available review data from third-party platforms in accordance with their terms of service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by NIO Labs. You retain ownership of any data you provide. We do not claim ownership of your workspace data.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NIO Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
